Heal Your Anxious Attachment
A 10-week individual program for staying steady when someone starts to matter.
You feel grounded, until you actually like someone. Then you catch yourself analyzing response times and decoding small shifts in tone.
That is an attachment response, and it can be untangled. Together we work out what sets it off and how to steady yourself, so closeness stops feeling like a threat.
This might be for you if
You overthink messages, silences or small changes in tone
You look for reassurance, and the relief never lasts long
You lose yourself in relationships, or fear that you’ll be too much
You keep ending up in the same dynamic with different people
You understand your patterns quite well, but they still take over in the moment
How it works
We start with a free 20-minute intro call. After booking, you pick your times. Then we meet once a week for ten weeks, 50 minutes each, online in English or Dutch. Ten weeks gives us room to go beyond the first insights and practice new responses while real life is happening, including dating, relationships and the hard moments in between.
What’s included
10 weekly sessions (50 min): Steady weekly work, with each session building on the last.
Trigger mapping: We figure out what sets your anxious response off and what it looks like for you.
Practical tools for the moment you feel the urge to spiral: Something to do when you’re about to send the text, not only an explanation of why you want to.
Guidance on boundaries and communication: How to say what you need, and stay with yourself while you wait for the reply.
Weekly reflection prompts: Short and doable, so the work continues between sessions.
Priority scheduling: First pick of session times, so the rhythm holds even with work, travel or time zone differences.
A closing session to bring it together, with next steps.
What to expect
Not a version of you who never feels anxious in love. You’ll understand your patterns, recognize them sooner, and have ways to respond that feel more like you. Closeness can start to feel safer, and a quiet phone a bit less loud.
I take a limited number of program clients at a time, so each person gets proper attention.
